Kristen Kusmierski, PharmD, BCPS, CACP, is an experienced pharmacist currently serving as a Medication Reconciliation Pharmacist at Woodmark Pharmacy since September 2023. Previously, Kristen held various roles at Kaleida Health from April 2003 to September 2023, including PGY1 Residency Program Director, Anticoagulation Clinical Coordinator, PGY-1 Pharmacy Resident, and Pharmacy Intern. Kristen earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) with a focus on Pharmacy Practice from the University at Buffalo Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, completing the degree in 2006. Prior studies in Pre-Pharmacy were also completed at the University at Buffalo from 2000 to 2002.
