Brett Kemp

Brett Kemp is an experienced finance professional with a focus on mortgage and real estate investment, currently serving as the Director of Mortgage Loan & Real Estate Investment at WoodmenLife since October 2011. In this role, Brett oversees a $2.4 billion portfolio comprised of approximately 600 commercial mortgage loans and manages various real estate assets nationwide. With over $2 billion in loan production throughout a distinguished career, Brett has consistently surpassed production goals and played a pivotal role in the origination of commercial mortgage loans across more than 20 markets in the United States. Prior to WoodmenLife, Brett held multiple positions at 40|86 Advisors, including Senior Investment Analyst. Brett holds a Bachelor’s Degree with a double major in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa.
