Douglas Gibbs

Douglas Gibbs is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer Programmer Analyst and Resource Manager of Legacy Policy Admin Systems at WoodmenLife since May 2016, Douglas oversees mainframe policy administration support and product development teams. Prior experience includes roles as ITIL - Service Delivery Manager and Resource Manager at Woodmen of the World, where Douglas developed and implemented key IT service management processes. Earlier, Douglas held the position of Director of Computer Technologies at Countrywide Insurance Agency, directing the development of a Policy Administration system. Douglas holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis from Northeast Technical Community College.
