Currently serving as Controller at Woodmont Properties since May 2021, Tim has held similar roles at ARCTRUST from November 2019 to May 2021 and Roseland Property Company from September 2005 to November 2019. Prior to these positions, Tim worked as a Financial Manager at Vornado Realty Trust and AMB Property Corporation, and began as a Property Accountant at Cabot Partners. Tim holds a Master of Science in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College.
