Sarah Y. Cho

Sarah Y. Cho has extensive experience in claims consulting and legal analysis, currently serving as a Senior Claims Consultant and DEIB Council Member at Woodruff Sawyer since November 2023. Additionally, Sarah is a member of the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Accessibility Committee for the Professional Liability Underwriting Society. Previously, roles at Chubb included AVP for North American Claims and Global Inclusion Programs, where significant cases involved allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination, as well as multi-million dollar class action lawsuits. Sarah's background in claims management spans various companies including LVL Claims Services, AIG, and multiple positions at Chubb, with a focus on professional liability claims. Sarah holds a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School and a double major in International Relations and French Language and Literature from Boston University.
