Yelena Dunaevsky

Yelena Dunaevsky is a seasoned professional in transactional insurance and SPACs, currently serving as Partner & SVP at Woodruff Sawyer since April 2019. With extensive experience in IPO and M&A insurance solutions, Yelena has held various roles including VP and AVP in the same field. Additionally, Yelena has been involved with the American Bar Association as Executive Editor and Managing Editor for "Business Law Today - M&A" since January 2020 and serves on the Advisory Board of ACG New Jersey. Previous positions include Senior Manager at Bloomberg BNA, where responsibility included overseeing legal analytics content, and roles at Bloomberg LP, Clifford Chance US LLP, and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, focusing on capital markets and corporate finance. Yelena holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Cornell University and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
