Simon Chapman

Simon Chapman is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in strategic transformation and program management. Currently serving as Engineering Director and 80:20 Transformation Director at Fläktwoods UK since October 2016, Simon drives business objectives through goal deployment techniques while simplifying products and systems using the 80:20 methodology. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at e2v, where Simon oversaw the construction of a £5.3m cleanroom and implemented productivity improvements, and Client Package Representative at Crossrail International, managing value delivery for the Whitechapel Station project. With a foundation in engineering from the University of Kent, Simon also held leadership positions at Tube Lines and Visteon Corporation, where significant contributions to automotive production efficiency and team mentorship were made.
