Allen Tianco

Allen Tianco has over 20 years of work experience in the field of project management and architecture. Allen is currently working as a Project Leader at Woods Bagot since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at DAMAC Properties from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing the Aykon City Towers and Cavalli Residences Tower projects.

Before that, Allen worked as a Senior Project Manager at Carter Hones Associates from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at DAMAC Properties from 2012 to 2019, where they held the position of Project Manager for Interior Design. In this role, they managed various projects, including Damac Maison Uppercrest, Distinction, Prive, Bays Edge, Capital Bay, Avanti, Merano, Canal Views, and The Vogue. Additionally, they traveled abroad to coordinate with international suppliers and finalize design aspects for the Prive project.

Allen also gained experience as a Senior Project Manager at Al Reyami Interiors from 2011 to 2012, overseeing medium-scale turnkey engineering projects and focusing on project personnel performance, quality assurance, and safety. Allen started their career as a Project Manager at AL FARAA CONSTRUCTION AND INDUSTRIAL GROUP from 2008 to 2011, leading projects such as Arjan Rotana Royal House and Rosewood Essence All Day Dining Restaurant.

Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager at JME Delineation Interiors from 2002 to 2008, where they handled the implementation and execution of multiple Teleperformance call center projects. In their early career, Allen served as a Project Architect at De La Salle University from 1999 to 2002, where they contributed to the conceptual design and on-site technical works for a multi-use building project.

Overall, Allen Tianco has a diverse range of experience in project management, interior design, and architecture, with expertise in overseeing large-scale projects and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Allen Tianco completed their primary and secondary education at De La Salle University from 1983 to 1994, focusing on general studies. Allen then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas from 1994 to 2000. In July 2002, they obtained the Architect certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission.
