Allen Tianco has over 20 years of work experience in the field of project management and architecture. Allen is currently working as a Project Leader at Woods Bagot since 2022. Previously, they served as a Senior Project Manager at DAMAC Properties from 2021 to 2022, where they were responsible for overseeing the Aykon City Towers and Cavalli Residences Tower projects.
Before that, Allen worked as a Senior Project Manager at Carter Hones Associates from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at DAMAC Properties from 2012 to 2019, where they held the position of Project Manager for Interior Design. In their early career, Allen served as a Project Architect at De La Salle University from 1999 to 2002, where they contributed to the conceptual design and on-site technical works for a multi-use building project.

Allen Tianco completed their primary and secondary education at De La Salle University from 1983 to 1994, focusing on general studies. Allen then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas from 1994 to 2000. In July 2002, they obtained the Architect certification from the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission.
