Jarome Cavubati is an experienced site manager currently working at Woods Glass (NZ) Ltd since November 2022, overseeing the installation of curtain wall systems and aluminium windows and doors while ensuring quality control and effective communication with the senior project manager. Prior to this, Jarome held the position of Project Lead at Shorcom Limited, managing job setups, bid packages, and stakeholder communication for residential housing developments. Jarome co-founded KWOTIMATION™, creating a pricing and website platform aimed at improving processes for tradies, and served as Project Manager at Tiling.co.nz, where a world-first software for custom tiling prices was developed. Earlier experience includes a teaching role at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand from 2013 to 2018. Jarome holds a degree from Massey University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
