Allisa Dalpe

Allisa Dalpe is a Robotics Engineer and Research Engineer at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution since July 2021, with extensive experience in robotics and ocean engineering. Allisa's previous roles include Research Assistant in the Ocean Engineering Department at the University of New Hampshire, Robotics Software Engineer at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, and ROV Engineering Intern at Ocean Exploration Trust, where skills in underwater vehicle development, software integration, and ROV operations were honed. Additional experiences include participation as an Explorer-In-Training aboard the NOAA ship Okeanos Explorer and internships at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center and Woods Hole Group. Allisa holds a Ph.D. in Ocean Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics with minors in Mathematics and Environmental Studies from Connecticut College.
