Courtney Papcun

Courtney Papcun has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently, they are the Talent Acquisition Lead at Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, where they lead recruitment efforts for the organization. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead, Talent Acquisition at Blumira, recruiting for various areas of the business. Courtney also served as a Senior Recruiter at Cisco and Duo Security, where they played a crucial role in acquiring top talent for these organizations. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at OtterBase Inc. and as a Human Resources/Recruiter at ProQuest. Courtney started their career as a Case Manager at Orchards Children's Services.

Courtney Papcun is currently pursuing a certification in Certified Search Advocacy at Oregon State University, expected to be completed in 2022. Courtney previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
