The Vice President for Operations and Chief Financial Officer is responsible for defining and executing the short, medium, and long-term strategic budget financial planning and resource allocation at WHOI. The Accounting, Endowment and Cash Management, Business Development and Technology Transfer, Contracts and Grants, Human Resources, Computer and Information Services, Environmental Health and Saftey and Facilities operations fall under the auspices of the Vice President for Operations and CFO.
