Emily Fields is an experienced legal professional specializing in intellectual property and appellate litigation. Currently serving as an Intellectual Property Administrator at Woods Oviatt Gilman LLP since October 2018, Emily is responsible for record maintenance, legal document drafting, and trademark registration. As a Freelance Paralegal for A. Vincent Buzard, Esq. since December 2016, Emily has focused on appellate litigation. Previously, Emily held positions at Harris Beach PLLC as a Legal Administrative Assistant and at the Law Office of Michael J. Kieffer, Esq. as a Paralegal, providing comprehensive administrative support. Emily holds a Certification in Paralegal Studies from Monroe Community College as well as an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from the same institution.
