Steve Heine

Stephen Heine is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Woodsboro Bank since March 2017, Heine has led the $450 million community bank specializing in commercial, commercial real estate, and consumer/mortgage banking. Prior to Woodsboro Bank, Heine held significant roles at M&T Bank as Group VP, Retail Market Manager, and at Provident Bank as Executive VP of Consumer and Business Banking. Their career began at KeyCorp/Key Bank, where Stephen progressed through various leadership positions. Heine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Health Care Administration from Alfred University and an MBA from the University at Albany.
