Phill Kwon is an experienced pastoral leader with a robust background in community and youth ministry. Currently serving as the Pastor of Community and Leadership Development at WoodsEdge Community Church since July 2019, Phill has previously held the role of Teaching and Youth Pastor at Wells Branch Community Church from June 2013 to July 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating Sunday preaching and developing youth and adult leadership programs. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Pastor for Next Gen and Discipleship, as well as a Youth Pastor at Pflugerville ISD. Educationally, Phill holds a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University.

WoodsEdge is a nondenominational Christian Church founded by lead pastor Jeff Wells just over 25 years ago. Located on a park like campus, WoodsEdge serves a diverse and growing community in The Woodlands and Spring Texas.
