Di Gibson GAICD is an experienced change management and organizational development professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Change Manager at Woodside Energy since October 2022, Di has previously held positions such as People and Culture Manager at WesTrac Cat and Organizational Change Manager at Rio Tinto. Notable contributions include leading large-scale ERP implementations at Automotive Holdings Group, developing organizational strategies to enhance employee retention at AstraZeneca Australia, and establishing a change management framework at Singtel Optus.
