Sonja Gardner Mba

Sonja Gardner MBA, PMP, CSM is an accomplished Program Delivery Manager at Woodside Energy since September 2022 and a Co-Founder of Freshman Beginnings Non-Profit Organization since August 2021. With extensive experience in project and program management, Sonja held key positions at BHP as a Principal Project/Program Manager and Specialist Project Manager from December 2016 to September 2022, and at CGI as a Project Manager (Consultant) for Shell Oil Global Solutions from May 2013 to November 2016. Additional technical management experience includes consulting roles at Wipro Technologies and CSC, and leadership positions at AT&T Mobility, where project management encompassed extensive collaboration across multiple teams and successful completion of numerous projects. Sonja holds an MBA in Business Management from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Prairie View A&M University.
