William Hay

William Hay, CPP, possesses extensive experience in security management and asset protection, currently serving as Regional Security Manager - International at Woodside Energy since October 2011, while also holding the position of Senior Regional Security Advisor for the Americas and Africa. Concurrently, William has been a Senior Asset Protection Specialist at BHP following its merger with Woodside Energy. Prior to these roles, William was Regional Security Manager at BASF and worked at Texas Instruments as Manager of Investigations and Executive Protection. William's earlier career includes positions as an Investigator at Fina Oil and Chemical Company and Corporate Investigator at Victoria's Secret, along with serving as a Police Officer/Detective with the City of Carrollton. William holds a BA in Criminal Justice from Stephen F. Austin State University, earned between 1981 and 1985.
