Carl Hansen has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies in the construction and housing industry. Carl began their career in 1999 at Pulte Homes, where they held various roles in purchasing, supply chain, project management, and construction. Carl also served as the Director of Special Projects and VP/Director of Purchasing during their tenure at Pulte Homes. In 2011, they worked at Brookfield Homes as a purchasing manager and later became the President/Owner at Summit Crest Homes. From 2013 to 2016, Carl Hansen held the position of Director of Build Quality - Process Improvement Manager at PulteGroup. Finally, they joined Woodside Homes in 2016 and has held multiple leadership positions, including Director of Purchasing, Director of Field Operations, and currently, the National Director of Supply Chain and Purchasing.

Carl Hansen attended Brigham Young University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a degree in Construction Management. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate from the University of Utah in 2020 and a Cert Prep: LEED Green Associate certification from LinkedIn in 2022.
