Karl Baba-Dawuda

Karl Baba-Dawuda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business management. Currently serving as the Director of International Operations at Woodside Homes since February 2019, Karl's roles have included Resource Planning Manager and Land Acquisition & Development Coordinator, focusing on land bid, acquisition, contracting, and development. Previously, Karl co-founded and acted as CEO of KuBE Republic, specializing in the production of virgin coconut oil for the local and international markets from November 2017 to August 2024. Earlier experience includes being an Independent Business Owner at KARLYUSS LLC, providing courier and delivery services for airline luggage from February 2012 to October 2016. Karl holds an MBA with a focus on Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources Management and Policy from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
