Alan Majewski

Alan Majewski currently serves as President and Group CFO of Noramco™, focusing on overall profitability for SK Capital Partners' life sciences portfolio and overseeing CFO responsibilities for four other portfolio companies. Previously, Alan held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Noramco, Inc., after serving as Executive Vice President at Nippon Steel Corporation, where responsibilities spanned operations and finance following the acquisition of Standard Steel. As CFO of Standard Steel, Alan played a crucial role in its acquisition and subsequent sales to private equity firms. Early in Alan's career, significant experience was gained as an Audit Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Alan's academic credentials include a Master of Liberal Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Grove City College.
