Woodstock's Pizza
Kyla Gary is a dedicated student at Bowdoin College, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry with a prospective double major in Hispanic Studies. Since August 2021, Kyla has been an active member of the varsity softball team and the Bowdoin Student Athletic Advisory Committee. Kyla's coursework includes subjects such as Scientific Reasoning in Biology, General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and advanced Spanish. Additionally, Kyla holds a RYT-200 certification as a yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa. Previous experience includes serving as a Student Engagement Ambassador for the Office of Annual Giving to enhance communication between students and alumni, and working as a Sports Information Assistant, tracking statistics for collegiate athletics. Experience as a server at Woodstock's Pizza involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. In the summer of 2022, Kyla completed a research internship at UC San Diego, operating various microscopes for high-resolution imaging of research samples. Prior academic success includes graduating as the valedictorian from Serra High School.
