Connie White has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of education and technology. Connie started their career as a classroom teacher in Cleveland County Schools in 1986 and later moved on to Shelby City Schools, where they worked until 1994. After that, Connie worked as an Educational Technology Consultant for CCW Consulting from 1995 to 2001. Connie then joined Lakeview Academy as the Director of Technology & Learning from 2001 to 2015. Currently, Connie is the Director of Learning Design & Innovation at Woodward Academy since 2015. Additionally, they have been a Senior Collaborator at Educational Collaborators since 2007, where they lead and works with teams of education and tech leaders across the country to assist schools with strategic planning, tech integration, and professional development.
Connie White earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Gardner-Webb University in 1984. From 1992 to 1994, they pursued a Master's degree in Science Education at Converse University. Additionally, Connie holds certifications in Advanced Education Leadership from Harvard University, Google Certified Administrator, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).
