Grant Alexander

Grant joined Woodward Design+Build in 2006 as an Assistant Superintendent on the Fairfield Resorts La Belle Maison historic renovation project. He then transitioned to the project management side of the business, managing projects ranging from a multiphase professional sports facility to the $100M+ redevelopment of the former Iberville Housing Projects into Bienville Basin to the $350M+ conversion of the former World Trade Center building into the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences. In his current role as Project Executive, Grant is responsible for the operational, administrative, and financial performance of his construction projects.

Grant earned a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Florida. He has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, over 15 of which have been full time in the commercial sector.
