Peggy Taylor is currently an assistant project manager for the Steel Group at Woodward Design Build, Inc. Peggy has previous experience as a general manager for Neuroscience at BioLegend, where they were responsible for strategic planning, new product development, operational and portfolio management.
In their role at BioLegend, Peggy also served as the management representative for the company's quality system in an FDA registered facility. Peggy led the post-acquisition integration team that included the CEO and key leaders across multiple sites. Additionally, they aligned the Covance antibody business with key BioLegend systems and practices, built the R&D team, and established a roadmap to enable portfolio expansion in key strategic areas for neuroscience research.
Under Peggy's leadership, the team revised and implemented a new quality system to achieve ISO:13485 certification in 2016. Peggy also established collaborations and alliances with key opinion leaders in neurodegeneration research, and obtained multiple funding awards from the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research. As a member of the Investigating Synuclein Consortium assembled by MJFF, Peggy provides expert review of grant applications for MJFF and the Weston Brain Institute.
Peggy Taylor has a ScD in cell biology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a degree from Trinity College-Hartford.
Peggy Taylor reports to Scott Radosta, Project Manager, Steel Group. They work with and Ross Blanchard - Lead Estimator, Steel Group.
