Alex Magay

Alex Magay is an experienced educational leader with a diverse background in school administration and development. Currently serving as Head of School at Woodward School For Girls since July 2021, Alex previously held the position of Director of Development & Alumni Affairs at Learning Prep School, where responsibilities included alumni relations, fundraising, and brand management. Alex's extensive tenure at The Winchendon School encompassed roles such as Director of Development, overseeing operations and strategic alumni engagement, and Dean of Students, focusing on health services and campus safety. With a foundation in safety management from a career in the Air National Guard, Alex holds a Master’s degree in Education Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
