Agnieszka MacIaszek

Agnieszka Maciaszek has extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance. Agnieszka worked at Woodward, Inc. from 2018, where they were responsible for coordinating and integrating quality assurance processes. Agnieszka also developed and executed a strategic quality plan to meet business objectives and customer expectations. Prior to that, they worked at ES-SYSTEM S.A. as a Quality Director from 2015 to 2018. At Technip, they served as a Supplier Quality Engineer from 2014 to 2015, where they established processes for supplier approval on a specific project and reported on supply readiness status. At Nexteer Automotive, they held the position of Global Supplier Development Leader from 2010 to 2014. Agnieszka started their career at Delphi in 2004, where they gained experience as a Supplier Quality Supervisor, Advance Supplier Quality Engineer, and Quality Systems Coordinator.

Agnieszka Maciaszek received a Bachelor of Public Administration degree in Public Administration from the Higher School of Administration in Bielsko-Biala from 1998 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Master's degree in Quality Management at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. Lastly, from 2005 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Production Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology Katowice.
