Charlie Carson has extensive work experience in engineering and program management. Charlie began their career as a Design Engineer at Globe Motors in 1997 and held various roles, including Project Engineer and Engineering Supervisor. In 2006, they joined Woodward, Inc. as a Technology Development Engineer and progressed to roles such as Product Line Manager, Program Manager, Director of Engineering, and Director of Program Management. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Engineering, R&D and Platforms at Woodward, Inc.
Charlie Carson obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton from 1992 to 1996.
