David Simpson is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience at Woodward, Inc. since August 2013, progressing from Mechanical Assembly & Test Engineer to Senior Mechanical Engineer, where responsibilities included design ownership, modeling, drafting, and design validation. Prior experience includes analysis-based tooling and process design, data analysis for energy-reduction strategies as a Student Project Engineer at CSU Industrial Assessment Center, and organizational roles in international relations through the JET Programme. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University, alongside a Master's degree in Japanese Literature and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language from the University of Colorado Boulder.
