Deborah Genet

Deborah Genet has a diverse work experience in various leadership and educational roles. Deborah served as the Director of Talent Management at Woodward, Inc. since September 2019. Prior to that, they were the Director of the Institute for Learning & Development at MultiCare Health System, starting in August 2017. From January 2012 to August 2017, they held the position of Director of Patient Education at Banner Health. Before entering the healthcare industry, they worked as an Instructor at the University of Northern Colorado from January 2011 to August 2016.

Deborah Genet holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Northern Colorado. Deborah also received a master's degree (MA) in Instructional Technology from the same university. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree (BSCS) in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.
