Kristin Slattery

Kristin Slattery currently serves as the Senior Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Woodward, Inc., a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Kristin was the Director of Talent Development and the Talent Development Manager at the City of Fort Collins from September 2021 to March 2024. Kristin's experience in academia includes serving as the Basic Course Director and various instructional roles at Colorado State University between 2005 and 2021. Kristin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD ABD) in Communication Studies from Colorado State University, along with a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the same institution.
