Kurt is currently the Director Global Projects & Services - Industrial Systems at Woodward, Inc., where they lead various functions including global projects engineering and operations, technical solutions management, and service technical operations. Kurt is responsible for developing and managing a global P/L, capturing market share, and overseeing global capacity planning and resource utilization.
Prior to Woodward, Inc., Kurt held several roles at EthosEnergy, including Vice President of Engineering, Western Hemisphere, Chief Engineer - Controls & Systems, Senior Vice President, Optimization & Upgrades, and Director, Engineering & Operations. In these positions, they were responsible for P/L management, leading teams, driving financial results and strategic initiatives, and overseeing business planning processes.
Before joining EthosEnergy, Kurt worked at Wood Group as the Director, Controls Operations, where they led the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and support of control system solutions. Kurt provided support services to sales and commercial management and managed customer orders for the complete order-to-remittance cycle.
Kurt's earlier work experience includes a role as an Operations Manager at Siemens Energy, Inc., and a Project Manager/6 Sigma BB at General Electric.

Kurt Berg graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. Kurt then pursued further education at Regis University, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance in 2000.
