Megerditch Arabian

Megerditch Arabian has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Megerditch has worked in various roles, starting from their early days as a Receiving Associate at Orchard Supply Hardware in 2012. Megerditch then moved on to work as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Entech Instruments Inc. in 2016.

Later, Megerditch joined Crane Aerospace & Electronics, where they held several positions including Manufacturing Engineer Intern and Manufacturing Engineer I. Megerditch quickly progressed and took on more responsibilities as a Manufacturing Engineer II, where they were involved in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives. In this role, they also led a project for the integration of a new wire EDM machine.

Megerditch then transitioned to the role of New Product Introduction Manager, where they were responsible for managing the fabrication and assembly of hardware for multiple programs. Megerditch successfully reduced past-due NPI sales order lines and implemented procurement and delivery targets.

Megerditch also served as the Crane Business System (OpEx) Manager, driving operational excellence principles and leading cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

In their most recent role as Sr. Value Stream Manager, Megerditch managed all operations for the Valves & Transducers value streams within the Burbank facility of Crane Aerospace & Electronics. Megerditch'sresponsibilities included organizational development, recruitment, managing operational performance, and overseeing a team of supervisors and associates.

Megerditch is currently working as the Director of Operations, R&O at Woodward, Inc., a position they started in 2024.

Megerditch Arabian earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Northridge, graduating in 2016. Megerditch then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, completing their studies in 2019. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM, Value Stream Mapping (VSM) Tool Champion from Crane Company, and OSHA Outreach Training for General Industry from the University of South Florida, among others.
