Naveen Arora is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Sales Manager and Customer Account Manager at Woodward, Inc. since September 2011, Naveen has successfully secured a USD 25 million business for an engine management system with Ashok Leyland, while managing relationships with various OEM customers. Prior to this role, Naveen worked with Continental Automotive India Ltd as a Sr. Engineer-Sales, focusing on powertrain sensors and actuators, achieving significant sales wins with major automotive manufacturers. Naveen's career began at Cummins India and FCC Clutch India Pvt Ltd, where notable achievements included securing turbocharger business with Ashok Leyland and clutch business with leading motorcycle brands.
