Sylvester X. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP business analysis and project management. Currently serving as a Senior ERP SAP Business Analyst/Lead at Woodward, Inc. since June 2018, Sylvester has successfully led the Order to Cash improvements project for Customer Service and Accounting teams, enhancing cash collection and digital invoicing through Agile Scrum methodologies. Prior to this role, Sylvester worked at Carl Zeiss Vision as a Project Manager/Lead SAP Business Process Consultant, where recommendations for SAP solutions were made to support new business strategies. Previous positions include roles at Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. as an SAP SD Functional Analyst/Configurator, and consulting positions at Matrix Technologies, Teksoft Inc., and UENITEK ENGINEERING SERVICES & TRADING.
