Tracy Gohari

Tracy Gohari is an experienced professional with a robust background in business communications and human resources. Tracy has served as the Director of Business Communications and previously as the Global Learning & Development Manager at Woodward, Inc. since 2007, following a role as an HR Consultant at the same company from 1999 to 2006. Earlier in Tracy's career, a position as a Training Coordinator was held at Morgan Advanced Materials - Electrical Carbon from 1994 to 1999. Academically, Tracy earned a Master’s Degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California, an MBA in Business from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education from Ball State University.
