Wendy F. Dawson

Wendy F. Dawson is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel, Industrial & International at Woodward, Inc., Wendy leads a legal team managing diverse legal matters across the Industrial Segment and global M&A activities. Prior to this, Wendy held various senior roles at Caterpillar Inc., including Interim General Counsel and Lead Counsel for multiple divisions, where responsibilities spanned compliance, corporate transactions, and litigation. Wendy began the legal career at Shook, Hardy & Bacon, focusing on product liability and employment litigation. Wendy holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a JD from Drake University Law School, and a BA from Central Methodist University.
