Federico Agustin Agrelo

Federico Agustin Agrelo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Federico Agustin started their career as a Sales Representative at a Local Commercial Distributor, where they managed accounts, developed new customers and providers, and implemented an ERP system. Federico Agustin then joined Tenaris as a Financial Planning and Analysis Intern, where they automated data preparation and cleansing, participated in the development of a management control tool, and worked on HR database development. At Tenaris, they also served as a Compensation Analyst, implementing automated cash-flow payroll reports and conducting cost of living analysis. Later, they became a Business Operations Analyst, increasing productivity in non-destructive testing processes and improving cost savings through optimized crane movements.

Federico then joined Techint Group as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst, where they developed an automated Power BI dashboard for quarterly board meetings, integrated supplier workplace systems with SAP, and handled the consolidation and analysis of marketing communications budgets. Federico Agustin was later promoted to Financial Planning and Analysis Lead, where they led the development and implementation of a new BI tool and supported the integration of a newly acquired company in Brazil.

After their time at Techint Group, Federico worked as a Business Consultant at DATBIX, where they helped small businesses improve decision-making through business intelligence solutions. Federico Agustin implemented process improvements in procurement and inventory management, automated customer visits schemes, and conducted data analysis to increase client net profit.

Currently, Federico Agrelo is the Head of FP&A and BI at WoodWing, leading the financial planning and analysis function and driving business intelligence initiatives.

From 2008 to 2013, Federico Agustin Agrelo attended Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires', where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering.

In 2018 and 2019, Federico Agustin Agrelo enrolled in Universidad del CEMA and obtained a Management Postgraduate Degree.

In addition to their formal education, Federico Agustin Agrelo has obtained several certifications. In January 2021, they acquired the IELTS certification from the British Council. In December 2020, they completed the Business Intelligence Analyst Course from 365 Data Science, as well as the Managing Big Data with MySQL course from Duke University via Coursera. Federico Agustin also obtained a certification in Power Query (Get & Transform) from LinkedIn in December 2020. Lastly, in July 2020, Federico Agustin Agrelo completed the Digital Skills Program offered by Universidad del CEMA.
