Elizabeth Cayanan

Elizabeth Cayanan is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in exercise physiology and nutrition. Currently serving as a lecturer at the University of Sydney since February 2016, Elizabeth also works at the Woolcock Institute of Medical Research, where responsibilities include managing a tailored weight loss clinic for individuals with sleep conditions, particularly obstructive sleep apnea, and addressing associated cardio-metabolic conditions. In addition to expertise in medical research, Elizabeth has built a successful photography business, Elizabeth Anne Photography, focusing on family photography since 2011. Previous roles include serving as a weight loss consultant for the Westmead Fertility Centre and providing exercise physiology consultations at CBD Medical Practice and Allied Health Central. Elizabeth holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicine and Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from the University of Sydney.
