Andrea Torres is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, management consulting, and operational optimization. As Managing Partner at Woollard Nichols & Associates since May 2015, Andrea has demonstrated expertise in leadership coaching, working closely with executives to define organizational direction and implement strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Andrea served as Principal at AMT Consulting, assisting organizations in enhancing their operational capabilities, and held various leadership positions at Meals on Wheels and More, including Vice President & Chief Program Officer, where strong leadership was provided across multiple service programs and fundraising efforts. Additionally, Andrea’s background includes significant experience in auditing with the Office of the City Auditor, and an academic foundation with a Master of Public Affairs from The LBJ School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stanford University.
