Kate Eastwood Norris

Kate Eastwood Norris is a versatile actor and educator with extensive experience in theatre, currently performing in the world premiere of "BAD BOOKS" at Round House Theatre. Since 2005, Kate has been a company member at Woolly Mammoth Theatre Company, garnering critical acclaim including a Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Leading Actress. Kate has also held teaching roles, including an instructor position in Engaged Shakespeare at Pacifica Graduate Institute and as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University. Recent projects include roles at the Folger Shakespeare Library and Studio Theatre, showcasing a range of characters across classical and contemporary works. Kate holds a Master of Fine Arts in Shakespeare and Performance from Mary Baldwin University and has advanced degrees in Engaged Humanities and Theatre Arts from Pacifica Graduate Institute and Virginia Tech, respectively.
