Doug Brown

Doug Brown has over two decades of experience in the field of civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Federal Market Leader and Federal Design Practice Leader at Woolpert since October 2002. In these roles, Doug has led a team focused on delivering high-quality design and construction services for Federal Agencies worldwide, including clients such as the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Air Force, NAVFAC, Coast Guard, and National Park Service. Prior to this, Doug worked as Project Director managing various programs and contracts across multiple USACE districts and military bases. Doug's career began in the USAF as a Civil Engineer, followed by a position as Chief of Readiness at the 375th Civil Engineer Squadron. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Duke University and an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix.
