Flint Holbrook P.e, Ph

Flint Holbrook, P.E., PH has an extensive work experience in the field of water and wastewater management. Flint started their career at SC Land Resources in 1986, where they worked as an engineer and played a vital role in developing a state-wide Stormwater Management and Sediment Reduction Program. During their time there, they co-authored the SC Stormwater Management and Sediment Reduction Act of 1991 and implemented the program in 1992.

In 1994, Holbrook joined the SC Department of Health and Environment as a Section Manager. In this role, they managed Stormwater NPDES permitting for Municipal, Industrial, and Construction activities, as well as agricultural permitting for animal waste handling and facility citing.

Holbrook then transitioned to Woolpert in 1996, where they served in various roles throughout their tenure. Flint started as a Senior Engineer in the Water Resources Group and later held positions as a Partner and Senior Project Director for Water Resources projects. From 2005 to 2011, they served as a Vice President and Project Director in Woolpert's Water Management Group, also serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Corporation. In 2011, they became the Water and Wastewater Practice Leader and eventually became the Water Market leader emeritus in January 2022.

Throughout their career, Holbrook has demonstrated expertise in water and wastewater systems, project management, and policy development.

Flint Holbrook, P.E, PH has a strong background in Agricultural Engineering. Flint obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Kentucky, where they studied from 1976 to 1980. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Agricultural Engineering at Clemson University from 1984 to 1986. Prior to their university education, Flint Holbrook earned a High School Diploma from Bryan Station in 1976. Alongside their educational accomplishments, they hold the certification of Registered Professional Engineer.
