Heather Garcia

Heather Garcia has extensive experience in project management and business analysis, currently serving as a Project Manager and Business Analyst at Woolpert since January 2014. Garcia has successfully managed resource allocation for over 30 employees and completed multiple projects for the Air Force and Corps of Engineering within defined timelines. Prior roles include Director of Business Analysis at ELEAD CRM, where Garcia established the business analysis department, and DBA Analyst at BLUEFIN, LLC, focusing on data integration and maintenance of GIS systems. Previous experience includes Project Manager at SAIC, IT Manager at Freedom Communications Inc., and service as a Russian Linguist in the US Army, where Garcia received commendations for language proficiency and service. Garcia holds an Associate's Degree in Russian Studies from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
