Shanda McKinney

Shanda McKinney has a long and diverse work experience. Shanda started their career at Standard Register Company in 1999 as a Manager of Human Resources and worked there until 2005. Shanda then joined WorkflowOne as a Manager of Human Resources and later became the Manager of Talent Acquisition. In 2008, they moved to Wright-Patt Credit Union as the Director of Human Resources and was later promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing various HR functions. In 2016, they joined Woolpert as the Director of Human Resources and eventually became the Chief Human Resources Officer and VP Shareholder. In their current role, they are responsible for strategic planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, and overall leadership in creating an engaging and high-performance culture.

Shanda McKinney obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Psychology from Wright State University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Shanda later pursued further education at Central Michigan University, earning a Master of Science in Administration - MSA degree with a focus on Human Resources from 1999 to 2001. Additionally, in May 2021, Shanda McKinney received a certification in "Road Mapping Your Firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy" from ACEC of Indiana.
