Nicholas Morcom

Nicholas Morcom is a legal professional with extensive experience in criminal law and litigation. Currently serving as a Partner at Woolsey Morcom Attorneys at Law since June 2017, Nicholas previously worked as a Shareholder and Attorney at Smith Hulsey & Busey from April 2008 to June 2017. Nicholas began the legal career as an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the State Attorney, where prosecution involved cases from misdemeanors to first-degree murder, and as a private criminal defense attorney at the Law Office of Joseph Turner, handling cases from misdemeanors to capital murder. Nicholas holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in History from Florida State University.
