Matthew Vandermeer

Matthew VanderMeer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and operations management. Currently serving as a Board Member for Woolwich Counselling Centre since April 2024, Matthew provides strategic guidance while focusing on fundraising and financial sustainability. As the Founder of AdmiralBridge since March 2024, Matthew continues to innovate in the industry. Previously, Matthew held key roles at ThinkLP from August 2016 to February 2024, including Director and Senior Manager of Technology and Development, leading software development teams and overseeing SOC2 controls. Matthew's early career included positions at Propel Centre For Population Health, where responsibilities ranged from senior management to data systems specialization. An educational background includes a BSc in Health Studies from the University of Waterloo and an ongoing MBA at Canadian Mennonite University.
