Kelly Heys has over a decade of experience in human resources, primarily with Woolworths Group since March 2010. Currently functioning as Tribe Lead (General Manager) for E2E Workforce Enablement, Kelly has held various roles including State Culture & People Manager for NSW/ACT and Head of Culture & People for Buying & Replenishment. Responsibilities include strategic partnership with the Group CIO and execution of people agendas within Woolworths Technology. Previous positions at CCA and Commonwealth Bank of Australia involved providing generalist HR advisory services focused on developing guidelines, implementing procedures, and navigating industrial legislation. Education was completed at Mitchell High School between 1991 and 1994.
