Previously, Kristle held several prominent roles within Woolworths Group, including General Manager of Culture & People Agile Transformation and Head of Service Effectiveness - People Services. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager HR at Rio Tinto and various HR roles at Anglo American, Alcan, BHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance, TMP Worldwide, and US:UK, focusing on recruitment, talent development, and employee services.
