Ladan Shirvani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change leadership and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as Enterprise Change Lead at Healthscope and holding roles as Strategy and Executive Consultant and Strategic Change and Design at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation since November 2019, Ladan has also led significant transformations at Colonial First State and Westpac Institutional Bank. As Managing Director of XOAM Consulting since January 2016, Ladan has been instrumental in driving strategic change for clients including Commonwealth Bank and EY. Additional leadership roles include Head of Business Operations at My Career Lab and Business Portfolio Change Lead at BT Financial Group.
